The Sales Back-End Executive is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team. This role ensures smooth order processing, customer coordination, documentation, quotation preparation, and timely communication between customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and send quotations, techno-commercial offers, and proposals.
Process customer orders and maintain accurate sales records.
Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, order status, delivery schedules, and payments.
Follow up on pending quotations, purchase orders, and customer approvals.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, accounts, and service teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI), invoices, delivery challans, and other sales-related documents.
Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and MIS reports.
Track dispatches and coordinate with transporters for timely deliveries.
Assist the sales team in achieving business targets by providing timely documentation and operational support.
