Key responsibilities:
1, Connect with inbound leads of customer through phone calls, email, and WhatsApp.
2. Understand customer requirements and existing healthcare workflows to identify suitable software solutions.
3. Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations using video conferencing tools.
4. Explain Doctors App features and demonstrate relevant modules based on customer requirements.
5. Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification and product demo to follow-ups, negotiation, and deal closure.
6. Handle customer objections, answer basic product-related queries, and communicate the business benefits of EMR/HMIS software.
7. Follow up consistently with prospects to convert interested leads into paying customers.
8. Maintain accurate lead details, demo schedules, follow-up records, and sales pipeline updates in the CRM.
