Sales Coordinator – Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate daily sales activities between Sales Team, Dealers, Distributors, and Office/Accounts Team.
Handle sales orders, order processing, invoicing, and dispatch coordination.
Maintain accurate records of sales, dealers, orders, payments, and outstanding amounts.
Follow up with dealers/distributors regarding orders, payments, and pending requirements.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely product dispatch and delivery.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and update sales data.
Support the sales team with quotations, product details, schemes, and other required information.
Track sales targets, achievements, and pending orders.
Resolve dealer/customer queries and coordinate with concerned departments for solutions.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely communication between departments.
