🔥 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the B2B Sales team to achieve sales targets.

• Drive lead generation, client follow-ups and conversions.

• Handle corporate / HNI clients and build strong business relationships.

• Monitor team performance and motivate members to achieve targets.

• Support the team in client handling, negotiations and closing deals.

• Ensure sales productivity and target achievement.

✅ ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience as a Team Leader in B2B Sales or hardcore sales handling HNI profiles.

• Excellent communication and team management skills.

• Strong knowledge of sales targets, lead generation, follow-ups and conversions.

• Ability to motivate the team and drive sales performance.

• Good client handling and problem-solving skills.
