Job Description
We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Executive to manage the complete sales cycle and acquire business customers for an AI-native business software/ERP company.
The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, confidence in dealing with business owners, and the ability to generate leads, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential B2B customers.
Meet business owners and understand their requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain the value of the software.
Prepare proposals and negotiate with prospective clients.
Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
Close deals and achieve assigned sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, SaaS Sales, ERP Sales, IT Sales or related roles.
Strong communication, presentation and convincing skills.
Comfortable with field sales and extensive travel.
Confident in meeting and communicating with business owners.
Ability to understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
Experience in prospecting, negotiation and closing deals.
A hunter mindset and target-oriented approach.
Experience in B2B SaaS, ERP, CRM or IT sales will be an advantage.
