Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Showroom Manager to lead our new TVS dealership in Gurgaon. The role involves setting up and managing showroom operations, building and leading a high-performing sales team, driving business growth and customer acquisition, and ensuring excellent customer experience across sales and service coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead showroom operations and ensure smooth day-to-day management.

• Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.

• Drive sales targets, local market expansion, and customer acquisition.

• Manage customer relationships, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Monitor team performance, inventory coordination, and business reporting.

• Implement sales strategies to grow dealership revenue and market presence.
