We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Automobile Sales Executive to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the automobile industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to generate leads, engage prospective customers, and convert enquiries into sales.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales preferred.

• Prior experience in two-wheeler, electric vehicle, or automobile dealerships will be an advantage.

• Candidates preferably residing within 3–5 km of Dwarka, Delhi.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Customer-focused, energetic, and target-oriented.

• Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.

• Basic knowledge of automobiles/EVs and financing processes is preferred.

• Valid driving licence preferred.

Key Responsibilities / SOP

1. Lead Generation

• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, referrals, local outreach, digital enquiries, and other sources.

• Maintain and regularly update the dealership CRM.

• Follow up systematically with all enquiries and prospective customers.

2. Cold Calling

• Make daily outbound calls to potential customers.

• Explain available models, features, pricing, finance options, offers, and benefits.

• Schedule showroom visits and product demonstrations.

3. Customer Handling

• Greet and understand customer requirements professionally.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

• Answer customer queries regarding vehicles, pricing, finance, documentation, warranty, and after-sales support.

4. Lead Conversion

• Follow up with leads until closure.

• Convert showroom enquiries, online leads, referrals, and cold leads into sales.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.

5. Teamwork & Coordination

• Coordinate with the CRM/reception team, technicians, showroom staff, finance partners, and management.

• Ensure smooth handover of customers from enquiry to delivery.

• Maintain a positive and professional team environment.

6. Sales Reporting

• Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, showroom visits, test rides/demonstrations, and conversions.

• Submit daily/weekly sales updates to the management.

• Keep customer information and follow-up status updated in the CRM.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Daily number of outbound calls.

• New leads generated.

• Customer follow-ups completed.

• Showroom visits/test rides generated.

• Lead-to-sale conversion rate.

• Monthly vehicle sales target.

• Customer satisfaction and referral generation.

Ideal Candidate

A self-motivated, disciplined and ambitious salesperson who enjoys interacting with customers, is comfortable making cold calls, follows up consistently, works well with a team, and is driven by achieving sales targets.
