🌟 About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our automobile sales team as Customer Advisors / Account Managers. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering a smooth and premium vehicle buying experience.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and convert incoming & outbound sales leads

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable vehicles

• Conduct product presentations and coordinate test drives

• Build strong long-term customer relationships

• Handle negotiations and close sales effectively

• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless vehicle delivery

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline tracking

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 1–5 years of experience in sales (Auto / Retail / Consumer Durables / Financial Services preferred)

• Freshers with strong interest in sales are welcome

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability

• Target-driven and result-oriented approach

• Basic financial understanding is an advantage

🎓 Eligibility

• Any Graduate or 2-year Diploma

• Valid 4-wheeler driving license preferred (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of joining)

💰 Compensation

• ₹2,00,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum

• Freshers: ~₹22,000/month

• Experienced: ~₹25,000/month

📍 Other Details

• 2–3 rounds of face-to-face interviews

• Local candidates preferred
