Automobile Sales Executive

Position: Admin Executive / Admin Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on the company’s official software / DMS for daily service center operations

• Handle data entry and record maintenance related to service job cards

• Assign spare parts to bikes as per job cards and service requirements

• Handle insurance claim process for accidental bikes, including:

  • Coordination with insurance companies

  • Uploading and managing required documents

  • Follow-up on claim approvals and settlements

• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Workshop staff, and Parts Department

• Maintain parts inward and outward entries and basic stock coordination

• Prepare service reports, MIS, and documentation as per company standards

• Ensure compliance with company policies and service processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / 12th Pass (depending on experience)

• Basic to good knowledge of computers, MS Excel, Email, and company software

• Experience in a two-wheeler service center preferred

• Basic understanding of motor insurance claim procedures

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Accuracy in data handling and documentation

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in an automobile service center preferred

• Freshers may also apply if willing to learn software-based operations
