Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales operations for 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler automobile segments

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across both categories

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share

• Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, OEMs, and channel partners

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

• Ensure smooth showroom operations and high customer satisfaction

• Manage sales forecasting, MIS reports, and performance analysis

• Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to improve conversion ratios

• Coordinate with marketing, finance, insurance, and after-sales teams

• Ensure compliance with company policies and automotive industry standards
