Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to Australian customers
Generate quality leads and maintain follow-ups
Achieve daily and weekly targets
Handle customer queries professionally
Maintain high communication standards
Update call records and CRM data

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 3 months of International Outbound Calling Experience
Experience in Sales or Lead Generation preferred
Excellent English communication skills
Strong interpersonal and listening skills
Target-oriented and customer-focused attitude
Comfortable working in early morning shifts
