Role: Associate Client Solutions Partner (P&C Insurance Domain) Work location: Hybrid (Mumbai or Bangalore or Trivandrum) Years of Experience: 6 to 8 Role & Responsibilities: Individuals who can understand customer needs and craft solutions using Quantiphi capabilities across the product and services we offer. Must be adept at drafting quality client proposals - RFP based and also proactive pitches. Must possess a strong sense of ownership and drive proposals in partnership with the Business unit leaders globally across US, Canada and UK, India. You should be able to draft a financial proposal and customer business case, and work collaboratively within the organization to craft technology solutions, pricing, conduct deal reviews and compliance checks. You will also enable BU leaders to expand business and logo acquisitions and work with the marketing, inbound and outbound sales team to maintain an opportunity pipeline. You will be supporting the BU to ensure there are quarterly growth targets and funnels are maintained. You will have an understanding of Property and Casualty insurance business, or Insurance Brokerage Business. You should have an understanding of the market structures and how customers operate and generate revenue in their respective markets. You should be able to envision technology-led solutions and think out of the box to solve customers' requirements. We expect the candidate will be updated on the latest market trends and digital transformation continuum in Insurance Domain and be consultative in engaging prospects. You will maintain all the relevant collaterals and standard customer facing materials and also contribute to the ongoing marketing activities/events. You will have the opportunity to build an organization and build a team as we continue to grow. You will be required to travel to customer sites for maintaining and representing Quantiphi’s brand and establishing resilient partnerships. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services and differentiate our value proposition. Partners with BU leaders to maintain sales forecasts, pipeline updates. Skills/Requirements: Demonstrable experience in Presales/Deal Solutioning roles with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in the Data/Analytics and AI specializing in Insurance Direct experience selling to clients in the US and India. Knowledge of Insurance/P&C/Broker industry business models and regulatory landscape. Demonstrable ability to professionally communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level. Demonstrable experience in technical sales and solutions based on customer needs, especially in the areas of cloud, data, and artificial intelligence (must have). Excellent listening, communication (written and verbal), and presentation abilities. Experience forecasting and tracking sales lifecycle and metrics. Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels. Excellent organizational skills including maintenance of client selling activity in enterprise CRM systems. Growth mindset and can-do attitude. Team player.
