About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, well-organized, and guest-friendly Manager to handle the day-to-day operations of our apartment rental business. We provide short-term and long-term stays for guests, and this role will be responsible for ensuring a smooth guest experience while also managing business and property-related activities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to independently handle guests, bookings, vendors, and daily operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay.

• Handle guest inquiries, bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and requests.

• Coordinate apartment cleaning, maintenance, and other property-related services.

• Ensure apartments are clean, well-maintained, and ready for the next guest.

• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues quickly and professionally.

• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance staff, security, and external vendors.

• Maintain records of bookings, payments, expenses, and other business activities.

• Follow up on pending payments and other operational requirements.

• Manage apartment availability and coordinate short-term and long-term bookings.

• Handle communication through phone, WhatsApp, booking platforms, and other channels.

• Inspect properties regularly and report any damages, repairs, or maintenance requirements.

• Assist in improving guest satisfaction and maintaining good reviews.

• Help increase occupancy and identify opportunities to improve the business.

• Handle other day-to-day administrative and business-related tasks as required.

Requirements

• Good English and Hindi communication skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Previous experience in hotel management, serviced apartments, Airbnb/property management, hospitality, or customer service will be an advantage.

• Good knowledge of WhatsApp, email, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.

• Ability to communicate professionally with different types of guests.

• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to multitask and work independently.

• Should be responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.

• Willingness to handle occasional guest requirements outside regular working hours when necessary.

• Two-wheeler/driving licence would be an advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the property operations, rather than just perform routine administrative work.

The person should be comfortable handling situations such as:

Guest inquiry → Booking → Check-in → Guest support → Maintenance/Cleaning coordination → Check-out → Payment follow-up → Property inspection → Next booking
Salary

₹[25,000 – 30,000] per month, depending on experience and capabilities.
