The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors to achieve business targets. The role involves driving sales performance, supporting advisors in business development, and ensuring customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and onboard quality insurance advisors. • Train, motivate, and mentor advisors to improve productivity. • Support advisors in lead generation and client acquisition. • Drive achievement of business targets through the advisor team. • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Monitor advisor activity and provide field support when required. • Implement sales strategies to increase market penetration.
The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹75,000(as per the experience) along with performance-based incenives and opportunities for career growth.
Location: Pune (Multiple locations within the city)
