Job Summary:
We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to support the sales team in achieving targets, managing client relationships, and coordinating daily sales activities. The role involves assisting the Sales Manager in planning, executing sales strategies, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and business growth

• Support the sales team with leads, follow-ups, and client coordination

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and help acquire new customers

• Coordinate property site visits and client meetings

• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer data

• Help in planning and executing sales promotions and campaigns

• Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of real estate market and sales processes

• Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets
