Project-Based Account Management • Manage relationships with Government departments, Municipal Corporations, NBCC, PWD, CPWD, IOCL, HPCL, BPCL. • Build strong connections with consultants, project managers, and decision-makers. • Ensure repeat business through long-term engagement.
Tender & Project Opportunity Identification • Track infrastructure projects via portals like Government e-Marketplace (GeM), Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP), and state PWD websites.
Consultant & EPC Engagement • Work closely with EPC contractors, PMC consultants, architects, and infrastructure developers. • Ensure product specifications (e.g., manhole covers, castings) are approved and incorporated in BOQs/tenders. • Influence technical approvals and brand positioning at pre-tender stage.
Bid/Tender Management • Lead complete tender lifecycle: o Tender evaluation and feasibility o Techno-commercial bid preparation o Pricing strategy and margin protection • Coordinate with internal teams for accurate and timely submissions.
