Job Description

TAISO FITNESS is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support daily sales operations, boost memberships, and lead the sales team toward achieving high revenue goals. The candidate should be energetic, confident, quick to grasp sales strategies, and capable of handling clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate daily gym membership sales and achieve monthly targets

• Assist in managing and motivating the sales team

• Handle walk-in inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent client experience

• Plan sales activities, promotional campaigns, and lead generation strategies

• Monitor sales performance and report daily progress

• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for business growth

• Ensure proper handling of membership plans, renewals, and upselling opportunities

• Train junior sales staff and maintain discipline within the team
