Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

         ·         Handle complete project execution from order confirmation to final commissioning

         ·         Coordinate with sales team for project handover and requirement understanding

         ·         Conduct or manage site survey and feasibility analysis

         ·          Plan project timelines, material requirements, and manpower allocation

         ·         Coordinate with procurement for timely material availability

         ·         Supervise installation team (electricians, fitters) at site

         ·         Ensure proper installation as per design and safety standards

         ·         Coordinate with design team for drawings (SLD, layout, etc.)

         ·         Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion

         ·         Handle client communication and provide project updates

         ·         Manage site-related issues and resolve execution challenges

         ·         Coordinate with Liaison Officer for net metering and approvals

         ·         Ensure successful testing, commissioning, and handover of system

📌 Technical Knowledge Required:

         ·         Strong understanding of Solar PV systems (On-grid / Off-grid / Hybrid)

         ·         Knowledge of system components (Modules, Inverter, Structure, BOS)

         ·         Understanding of electrical wiring (AC/DC), earthing, and protections

         ·         Familiarity with installation standards and safety practices

         ·         Good understanding of Net Metering, Net Billing, and Gross Metering processes along with

         ·         DISCOM procedures and approvals

         ·         Ability to read and understand technical drawings (SLD, layout)

📌 Tools & Software:

         ·         MS Excel (Project tracking, planning)

         ·         AutoCAD (Basic understanding preferred)

         ·         Project tracking tools / CRM (if used)

📌 Required Skills:

         ·         Strong project coordination and execution skills

         ·         Problem-solving and decision-making ability

         ·         Team handling and site management

         ·         Good communication (client + internal team coordination)

         ·         Time management and deadline-oriented approach

         ·         Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

📌 Qualification:

         ·         Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering

📌 Additional Requirements:

         ·         Willingness to travel to project sites (local / outstation)

         ·         Ability to handle field work and site challenges

         ·         Experience in rooftop solar projects will be a strong advantage
