Job Summary
The Assistant Sales Manager supports the Sales Manager in driving property sales, managing client relationships, and leading the sales team. This role involves coordinating sales activities, assisting in strategy execution, and ensuring targets are met while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve targets
Manage and follow up with leads, prospects, and existing clients
Support the sales team with guidance, training, and performance monitoring
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings
Negotiate deals and help close sales transactions
Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with legal and company policies
Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and lead generation
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Leadership ability and team management skills
Good knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
