We are Hiring for a Resourceful and growth-oriented Assistant Client Manager to manage our entire client journey.
Experience: 0-2 years
Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru
Notice Period: Immediate joiner
Qualification: MBA or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management & Outreach: Promptly attend to incoming leads and initiate outbound calls to prospect for new business.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong rapport with both current and potential customers to ensure long-term business growth.
• Database Management: Create and organize a detailed database of prospective clients for systematic follow-ups.
• Estimation & Quoting: Prepare rough estimates for initial inquiries and transition them into final, accurate project estimates.
• Design Coordination: Work closely with our Design Team to ensure drawings are accurate and submitted to the factory on time.
• Financial Management: Secure initial token amounts, manage part-payments, and ensure final payment collection upon project completion.
• Documentation & Reporting: Handle all final project documentation and obtain Client Satisfaction Reports to ensure high service standards.
• Revenue Goals: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for negotiation.
• Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple projects at once, from the initial "cold call" to final payment.
• Languages: English, Hindi
