Assistant Sales Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales
Aquarist Pools & Fitness is a leading swimming pool construction, renovation, and maintenance company based in Bengaluru, serving clients across Karnataka and Pan India. We specialise in premium swimming pools, spas, pool equipment, waterproofing systems, and complete pool & spa solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads.

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.

• Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.

• Maintain customer databases, sales records, and CRM updates.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, or a related field preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication and a strong learning attitude are welcome to apply.

• Kannada and English communication is mandatory.

• Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.

• Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM, Excel).

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.

• Experience in construction, real estate, interiors, home improvement, swimming pools, fitness equipment, or luxury products will be an advantage.
