Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Agency Development to build, manage and grow a high-performing advisor/agency network. The candidate should have strong recruitment, team handling, training and business development experience in the insurance, financial services, wealth management or agency channel.

Key Responsibilities :

- Recruit and onboard quality advisors, consultants and partners.

- Drive business growth through agency channel development.

- Conduct training and mentoring sessions for advisors.

- Monitor advisor productivity and activation.

- Support advisors in lead generation and client acquisition.

- Achieve monthly recruitment and revenue targets.

- Develop local market strategies for business expansion.

- Should be flexible with field activities & meeting schedules.

- Maintain strong relationships with advisors and channel partners.

- Prepare and share regular performance reports.
