Position: DSA Assistant Manager Sales
DSA (Direct Selling Agent) Assistant Manager Sales to drive loan and insurance product sales through direct customer engagement and relationship building. The role is ideal for professionals already working in financial services who are looking to earn salary & additional income through commissions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
Promote and sell loan products such as Housing Loans, Business Loans, Machinery Loans, CGTMSE Loans, Loan Against Property, Personal Loans, Working Capital / Cash Credit /Over Draft and Gold Loans.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field activities.
Appointment of connector / Freelance working for loan segment.
Cross-sell insurance products including Term Insurance, Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, and Business Insurance.
Client Engagement
Educate customers about product features, eligibility, documentation, and benefits.
Train connector for customer approach and explain process loan process being SPOC between Bank and customer
Activate connector process share joining document with Andromeda team.
Assist clients in completing applications and coordinate with internal teams for processing.
Business Development
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Identify new opportunities for expanding the customer base.
Target Achievement
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan and insurance closures.
Earn attractive commissions and incentives based on performance.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report progress to management.
Candidate Profile
Experience in selling loans and/or insurance products (mandatory).
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently.
Existing network in financial services or related industries preferred.
Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred, but not mandatory for experienced candidates).
Compensation
Salary plus commission.
Attractive commission on successful loan and insurance closures.
Additional incentives based on achievement of branch sales & Team targets both achievement is must.
