Lead, motivate, and monitor branch staff performance
Achieve branch business targets (loans, deposits, recovery, sales)
Ensure timely collection and control over NPAs

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms
Prepare and submit MIS, reports, and branch performance updates
