We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Assistant Manager to handle client calls, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and support business development activities. The candidate should have excellent English communication skills and a professional approach to client handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing clients.

• Generate new leads through calling, follow-ups, and other sources.

• Explain company services/products clearly to prospective clients.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert prospects into clients.

• Manage and update lead/customer information in CRM or Excel.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.

• Coordinate with the sales and management team for lead conversion.

• Achieve monthly calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.

• Prepare basic daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and follow-ups.

• Handle client queries professionally and ensure timely responses.

Required Skills

• Fluent English communication is mandatory.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Confident and professional telephone etiquette.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Good lead generation and follow-up abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and CRM tools.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups efficiently.
