Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the domestic sales team to achieve individual and team targets
Handle sales calls, client interactions, and ensure effective sales closures
Monitor daily sales activities and provide guidance to improve performance
Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients to drive conversions
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
Identify new sales opportunities and contribute innovative ideas for business growth
Supervise team performance and provide training, coaching, and feedback
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
Ensure adherence to company sales processes and policies
