Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve Fiverr gigs, Upwork profiles, and service listings.
- Identify relevant projects and submit tailored bids and proposals.
- Handle client enquiries, discovery calls, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Acquire clients for website development, e-commerce, digital marketing, SaaS, and AI automation.
- Coordinate with delivery teams on project scope, commitments, and timelines.
- Build lasting client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.
- Maintain daily reports on proposals, enquiries, conversions, and revenue.
- Achieve agreed monthly client acquisition and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience winning projects through Upwork and Fiverr.
- Strong written and spoken English, with confidence communicating with international clients.
- Excellent proposal writing, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Understanding of IT services and digital marketing.
- Ability to independently manage the acquisition process from prospecting to closure.
- Examples of successful projects and marketplace results preferred.
