market research and competitive analysis.
Coordinate with Marketing and Product Development teams for effective brand
messaging and product positioning.
Stay up to date with product developments and ensure the sales team is trained and
equipped to promote new offerings.
Analyze key wins/losses to inform strategic planning and optimize future sales
strategies.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management
and support.
