Area Sales Officer

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company objectives and drive

sustainable growth.

 Lead and manage a geographically dispersed sales team, setting performance targets

and providing coaching and support.

 Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-

makers.

 Drive negotiation and closure of high-value deals, ensuring win-win outcomes.

 Conduct sales performance analysis and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales

reports and forecasts.

 Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and customer segments through

market research and competitive analysis.

 Coordinate with Marketing and Product Development teams for effective brand

messaging and product positioning.

 Stay up to date with product developments and ensure the sales team is trained and

equipped to promote new offerings.

 Analyze key wins/losses to inform strategic planning and optimize future sales

strategies.

 Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management

and support.
