Channel Development:
Identify and appoint new distributors, dealers, and retailers to expand the company's network across Indore and surrounding regions.Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets for LED products, including bulbs, battens, and industrial lighting.Sales Monitoring :
Conduct regular market visits to track sales from distributors to retailers and ensure adequate inventory levels at the dealer end.Project and Institutional Sales:
Engage with local architects, electrical contractors, and builders to secure "design wins" and supply LED solutions for new construction projects in Indore .Promotional Execution:
Implement trade marketing activities, such as in-store displays (danglers, posters) and local dealer meets, to increase brand visibility.Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments and handle any dealership-related financial or service disputes.Reporting: Use CRM software to maintain records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and daily activity reports.
