Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead plywood sales and expand our market presence. The role involves handling dealer networks, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and interior industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage dealer/distributor network in the assigned area

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and interior designers

• Track market trends and competitor activities

• Ensure timely collections and manage outstanding payments

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in plywood/laminate/building materials sales

• Strong dealer and market network

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to travel within the assigned territory
