We are looking for energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executives who are comfortable with on-ground sales activities, school visits, and direct interactions with students, parents, and institutional partners.
This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who enjoy travelling within assigned territories, meeting people, and closing enrollments through face-to-face counselling and relationship building.
Conduct field visits to schools, coaching centers, institutes, and partner locations within the assigned territory
Meet school authorities, coordinators, teachers, students, and parents to explain Sajre programs
Generate leads through on-ground activities, referrals, events, and school interactions
Conduct face-to-face counselling and enrollment discussions
Follow up with interested leads via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly field sales targets
Maintain visit reports, lead data, and conversion status in CRM or reporting tools
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student onboarding and program execution
Represent Sajre Edutech professionally during school meetings, events, and campaigns
Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and territory updates to the manager
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in face-to-face sales and presentations
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
Ability to convince, negotiate, and close deals on the field
Target-driven and disciplined work approach
Ability to handle objections from parents, students, and institutions
Basic smartphone usage, reporting, and CRM handling
Prior exposure to field sales, education sales, EdTech, FMCG, telecom, or banking field roles
Experience in school sales, book selling, educational products, or institutional sales
Basic knowledge of digital tools, WhatsApp communication, and follow-ups
Local area knowledge is an added advantage
Bachelor’s degree (Any stream)
Freshers are welcome
