We are looking for a Sales Officer to join our team at HDFC Sales. This role involves acquiring new clients, driving growth, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibilities. The position offers an in-hand salary of 2.60LPA-3.20LPA along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Area Mapping:
Conduct lane-to-lane and area mapping to identify potential markets and new business opportunities.
Source Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new business sources in the assigned territory.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain daily activity reports, sales data, and performance tracking as per company guidelines.
Channel Partner Development:
Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the business network.
Team Coordination:
Participate in daily team huddles and align with team goals and targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure excellent customer experience by building long-term relationships and providing timely support.
Documentation & File Processing:
Ensure complete and accurate submission of customer applications and required documents.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate (UG/Any Degree)
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferred in Banking/Financial Services)
Experience in Home Loans, Credit Cards, Cross-selling, or Banking products is an advantage
Open to travel and field sales
Driving skills preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
