Job Title- Area Sales Manager – Hospital Supply Division

Location-West Bengal

Department- Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the field sales team across assigned areas in West Bengal

• Drive sales and marketing activities with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders

• Monitor team performance, provide training, guidance, and motivation

• Ensure timely collections and adherence to company sales processes

• Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in Hospital Supply / Pharma / Medical Products sales

• Strong field-level experience in West Bengal market

• Proven ability to manage and drive a sales team

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Result-oriented with strong market understanding
