Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Area Sales Manager to manage dealer sales operations in Tumkur and surrounding areas. The candidate will be responsible for developing the dealer network, achieving sales targets, maintaining dealer relationships, and increasing market share for Indus TMT products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network across Tumkur and nearby markets.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through dealer sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and identify new business opportunities.

• Conduct regular dealer visits and monitor sales performance, stock availability, and market demand.

• Identify new markets and competitor activities to improve business growth.

• Coordinate with dealers on pricing, schemes, outstanding payments, and collections.

• Ensure timely order booking, product availability, and smooth delivery coordination.

• Monitor dealer-wise sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatches, and customer support.

• Lead and support the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
