Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Operations and Sales Executive to manage the day-to-day warehouse operations and oversee the supply of fresh fruits to leading e-commerce and modern trade partners such as Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, More Retail, and other key customers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and ensure smooth execution of all operational activities.

• Coordinate with e-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, More Retail, and other customers for timely order processing and deliveries.

• Ensure accurate inventory management, stock reconciliation, FIFO implementation, and minimal wastage.

• Monitor receiving, sorting, grading, packing, dispatch, and return processes.

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff and contract labour to ensure operational efficiency.

• Ensure timely dispatch of orders while maintaining product quality standards.

• Maintain daily operational reports, stock reports, attendance records, and other MIS reports.

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, sales, and finance teams for seamless operations.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and warehouse SOPs.

• Handle customer returns and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Maintain proper documentation for inventory movement, carton/pallet sales, and warehouse records.

• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce losses.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce operations.

• Experience in handling operations for Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, More Retail, or similar quick commerce/modern trade platforms will be preferred.

• Good understanding of inventory management, warehouse processes, and order fulfillment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic ERP/WMS systems.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
