We are looking for a Area Sales Officer to join our team at at Damal Industries Private Limited. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail markets and take orders from shopkeepers.
Work closely with distributors to increase sales.
Ensure product availability and visibility in retail outlets.
Develop new markets and add new retail shops.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Explain company schemes and promotional offers to retailers.
Handle payment collection and follow up on outstanding payments.
Monitor stock availability and market demand.
Report competitor activities and market feedback to management.
Support branding and promotional activities in the assigned territory.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 3 - 5 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
