We are looking for a Area Sales Officer to join our team at at Carzspa. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Skills & Competencies

  • Lead generation (walk-ins, referrals, field visits)

  • Ability to explain services in simple terms

  • Upselling & cross-selling (e.g., PPF with Window film & PPF coating)

  • Negotiation and closing skills

  • Target-driven mindset (monthly/weekly sales goals)

  Customer Handling Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build trust with car owners

  • Handling objections (price, time, necessity)

  • After-sales follow-up and relationship management

  Industry Knowledge

  • Understanding of: Car detailing services (polishing, ceramic coating, washing)

  • Basic automobile components

  • Car accessories and maintenance needs

  • Awareness of customer pain points (e.g., vehicle maintenance cost, durability, appearance)

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
