Area Sales Manager - LAP-Loan Against Property-Sales As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our LAP-Sales department. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to increase loan disbursals, while also mentoring and guiding a team of sales executives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the bank's growth and success. Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase loan disbursals and market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales efforts and enhance customer experience. Stay updated with industry developments and best practices in loan against property sales. Train and mentor new sales executives, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent. Represent the bank at industry events and conferences, building a positive brand image. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of successful sales performance and meeting targets. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Knowledge of loan products, especially Loan Against Property, is preferred. Valid driving license and willingness to travel for business purposes. Strong work ethic, integrity, and a results-oriented mindset. Experience Level Mid Level
