Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for PVC products such as Building fittings, sheets, profiles, or related materials. The role involves managing a sales team, expanding the customer base, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in both domestic and export markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for PVC products. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets. Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve performance goals.
Maintain strong relationships with key distributors, dealers, contractors, and industrial clients. Conduct market research to understand competitors, pricing, and customer trends.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree , MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.5–10 years of sales experience in the PVC, Polymers, or building materials industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Good understanding of PVC products and their applications.
