KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team Management & Joint Field Work: Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Medical Representatives (MRs). Accompany MRs on joint field visits to coach them on effective detailing and doctor pitching.

• Doctor & Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), targeted doctors, specialists, hospital authorities, and stockists.

• Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Implement regional marketing strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual secondary and primary sales targets.

• Stockist & Distribution Management: Ensure optimal product availability by managing relationships with stockists and distributors, ensuring timely stock liquidation and clearing outstanding payments.

• Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, newly launched molecules, and market trends to provide regular feedback to the head office.

• RCPA (Retail Chemist Prescription Audit): Guide the team in conducting effective RCPAs to track prescription patterns and identify new growth avenues.
