Job Summary

Al Ameera Apparel is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to promote our products, expand our customer base, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

• Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and potential customers to promote company products.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

• Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.

• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and market trends.

• Ensure product availability and proper display at customer outlets.

• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.

• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for timely product deliveries.

• Represent the company professionally during customer meetings and promotional activities.

Eligibility

• Any 12 th or Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc or equivalent)

• Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Experience in FMCG, Apparel, Retail, or Consumer Products is preferred.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–6 years of sales experience (preferred).

• Experience in apparel, retail, FMCG, or consumer products is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of sales reporting and CRM software is preferred.

• Must possess a valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license.

• Own vehicle is preferred for field sales.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

• Travel Allowance (TA)
