 Functional Area

·         Developing and implementing specific area plans to meet or exceed sales goals.

·         Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and existing client.

·         Identifying new market opportunities and understanding customer needs in the assigned region.

·         Managing, training, and motivating a team of sales representative.

·         Focusing on increasing sales volume, expanding the customer base, and achieving financial targets.

·         Monitoring sales performance, tracking key metrics, and reporting to senior management.

  Key Responsibilities

·         Manage and grow sales in the assigned territory while ensuring achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets.

·         Appoint, develop, and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.

·         Conduct regular field visits to generate new business from contractors, builders, applicators, and influencers.

·         Promote tiles adhesive and epoxy products by explaining features, applications, and benefits, and supporting product demonstrations when required.

·         Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.

·         Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and ensure timely payment collection.
