Hiring: Area Manager / City Manager – Delhi NCR

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 per month (Based on experience)

About the Role:

Junket Foods Private Limited is looking for an experienced Area Manager / City Manager to oversee multi-store operations and drive business growth across Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage operations of multiple QSR outlets.

Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Ensure SOP, food safety, and audit compliance.

Control food cost, wastage, and manpower productivity.

Recruit, train, and develop store teams.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Eligibility:

5+ years of experience in multi-unit QSR/F&B operations.

Experience with brands like KFC, McDonald's, Burger King, Domino's, Pizza Hut, Subway, Starbucks, Chaayos, CCD, etc. will be preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Must be willing to travel across Delhi NCR.

Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.

CTC: ₹50,000–₹55,000 per month
