Area Manager - CAD Function India BU Pay Band E4 to M2 Role As the Area Manager CAD, you will report to Lead CAD. The purpose of the role is: 1. To deploy Channel Excellence activities (Channel Expansion, Development & Engagement) in the Area office and provide support to Sales, Service and Parts Team in Channel related activities. 2. To collaborate with functional teams to ensure alignment of the Channel Partners for business growth. Role would provide an edge to the functional team to have focused approach in their core result area. A purpose driven role for you Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to: 1. Propose annual Plan by Identifying White & Grey Spaces as per Network Policy with defined impact and timeline to the respective Zones 2. Visit and evaluation of proposed location and submit the report 3. Timely Activation - Preparation & Monitoring of Activation progress through Gantt chart.. Proactive measures to ensure timely activation . 4. Deployment of VI at Channel Partners as per guidelines 5. Compliance as per the Network Policy and Channel Manual 6. To keep track of competition mapping, competition expansion & closures 7. Ensuring DPI / BSC / any other performance indicator as per latest format & Automotive Data input as per std template to Zone 8. Conducting Structured Monthly Review with Channel Partners and share the improvement and time bound action plan with Zone 9. To initiate SCN , Termination or resignation acceptance as per guidelines and share the proposal as per standard template with the Zone 10. To review and propose the Change in Constitution proposals as per standard template to Zone A Day in the life As Area Manager- CAD, your day will start by executing and monitoring the Channel Excellence activities in your Area. Academic Qualification & Experience - MBA - 5 to 8 yrs of Experience Technical Skills/Knowledge 1. Strategic orientation 2. Understanding of Channel Management 3. Data Analysis 4.
