Role Summary

The Junior Agronomist supports sales and operations by providing basic agronomic assistance, coordinating sales orders, handling customer interactions, and ensuring accurate documentation to enable smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Process and coordinate sales orders received via online platforms, phone, and WhatsApp.

Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and MIS reports.

Coordinate with sales, dispatch, accounts, and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.

Follow up with customers for order confirmation, payment status, and delivery updates.

Could you support the sales team with quotations, invoices, and related documentation?

Handle customer queries and provide basic agronomic and product-related information.
