We are a channel partner of several bank, NBFC and Insurance companies to promote and sell their products as DSA/ channel partner. Now we are looking for a Agency manager to join our team at at Money Junction. The role focuses on recruiting new Insurance agents only as per the guidelines of IRDA & the Insurance company norms. The position offers upto ₹999 - 15000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify new client opportunities in the market for insurance products and documentation support, customer service.
Build strong, professional relationships with clients through regular communication.
Promote product and service offerings that align with customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 1 years of sales/B2B experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
