Agency Manager

Bharti AXA Life Insurance is hiring for the position of Agency Manager – Team Leader on an on-roll basis at Ratlam.

The candidate will be responsible for team handling, recruitment of insurance advisors/agents, business development, achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships and driving team performance.

• Recruit and develop insurance advisors/agents

• Qualification: Graduation Mandatory

• Age: 25–40 Years

• Experience: Insurance/BFSI sales experience preferred

• Freshers: Can also apply

• Gender: Male & Female both can apply

• Vehicle: Two-wheeler/Vehicle is mandatory
