Job Description

Vision Guru is hiring enthusiastic and confident candidates for the role of Junior Counsellor/Admission Counsellor. The role involves guiding students about MBA/PGDM and other professional courses, handling enquiries, and assisting them throughout the admission process.

Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students regarding courses and admissions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Follow up with prospective students.
Explain course details, scholarships, and education loan options.
Maintain student records and update CRM/Excel.
Achieve counselling and admission targets.
Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Eligibility

Undergraduate or Graduate (Any Stream)
Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Working Hours

Full-Time

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Part-Time (Choose One Shift)

10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2:30 PM – 6:30 PM
