Job Title: Admission CounsellorRole Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents, driving enrollments, and building long-term relationships to support institutional growth.Key Responsibilities:Counsel students and parents regarding courses (JEE/NEET/Foundation).Convert walk-ins, inquiries, and leads into confirmed admissions.Conduct follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.Organize seminars, school visits, and promotional activities.Maintain student database and admission records.Achieve monthly admission targets.Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.Job Requirements:Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).1–3 years experience in sales/admission counselling (preferred).Strong communication and persuasion skills.Ability to handle parents professionally.Target-oriented mindset.
