Role Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Admission Counsellors to guide students in selecting the right programs from top B-Schools. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion engage with inbound and cold leads provided daily, introduce them to the Talent Suite, and convert them into paying customers.
Counsel students & professionals on online UG/PG programs and certification courses
Recommend tailored learning paths based on individual goals
Guide students through enrollment via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Share details on courses, eligibility, scholarships, fees, and career outcomes
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and academic teams
Achieve weekly/monthly counselling and enrollment targets
Education: 12th Pass/Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
Experience: 0-2 years in admissions counselling, ed-tech, or sales (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and provide personalised guidance.
